Rare Original Russian Adrian M1915 HelmetRare french adrian m1915 helmet with russian regiment badge. Only 4 russian regiments were fighting in france, 1st and 2nd regiment (1st brigade, general lochwitzki) with men coming from moscow and samara adn 3rd and 6th regiment (3rd brigade, general maruchevski) created at ekaterinenbourg and tchelianbinsk. They were under the command fo general palitzine. Landed in marseille in july 1916 they are engaged in champagne until 1917 and then involved in the deadly general nivelle offensives of 1917. They are suffering 70 officers and 4472 men casualtiesthe badge in perfectly matching the helmet shade a brown-dark green proving that it has been originally placed herethis helmet is in good general condition with some age, liner of the 1st pattern in black leather the badge strap is broken but present.
